Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winrm16 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances where multi-accounting is confirmed.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification
